Advise a human resources manager, on her/his role as the interviewer when preparing for an interview.

  1. The human resources manager should develop a core set of questions based on the skills/knowledge/ ability required.
  2. She/he should check the application/verify the CV of every candidate for anything that may need to be explained.
  3. Book and prepare the venue for the interview.
  4. Set the interview date/Ensure that all interviews take place on the same date, if possible.
  5. Inform all shortlisted candidates about the date and place of the interview.
  6. Notify all panel members conducting the interview about the date and place of the interview.
  7. Allocate the same amount of time to interview each candidate on the program.
