  1.  Not employing a young woman because she will want to have children.
  2. Refusing to employ a person because he/she has strong religious beliefs/has a   disability.
  3. Doing HIV testing unless justified by the Labour Court.
  4. Denying people access to the workforce based on gender/race/culture/etc. and treating them unfairly.
  5. Any other relevant actions that can be regarded as discriminatory by EEA.
