Protocol to follow when discovering a person experiencing electrical shock is.

  1. Do not touch the victim with bare hands until the supply is turned off.
  2. Switch off the supply.
  3. Call a teacher or medical person for help.
  4. If the electricity cannot be switched off and the victim is still in contact  with it push the wire away with an insulated object.
